  • The Raptor Advanced Fork Test conducts a comprehensive test on two antennas in less than 20 seconds, getting you on the road quickly. The Raptor RP-1 prompts the user to ring two fork frequencies on both antennas, providing a clear pass/fail message and taking any subjectivity out of calculating the test results.
  • Optionally, the Raptor RP-1 can require the operator to conduct a successful test before placing the RADAR system in service

  • Raptor has a patented feature called DuraTrak™ that is a new target tracking tool. The target tracking bars are located next to the Strongest and Fastest target speeds and assist the officer with target identification. They are not just a signal strength indicator. They also indicate how long the RADAR has been tracking the target – or duration tracking. A great tool to supplement the officer’s visual tracking history!
  • The Raptor LCD is like no other RADAR display. You can actually see the target speeds better in direct sunlight while competitor’s LED displays wash-out. The display has both day and night settings with automatic or manual backlight control. It also has a message area with full text messages like Fort Test, Fast Tracking, RFI Detected, and Fast Locked unlike the competition who uses abbreviations with their LED display.
  • The Eagle 3 electronic fork is producing the same electronic signals which do not need to be transformed in order for the frequency counter to analyze them. Again, the mic & amp take an acoustically signal (fork ring) and transform it into an electrical signal. The electronic fork is already an electrical signal and does not require transformation. This certifies that our electronic fork is actually much easier than a traditional fork.
  • To certify an Eagle 3 remote control, you can eliminate the microphone and the amplifier and test the electric fork signal directly with the frequency counter. Each remote control has a unique serial number and can be certified just like a tuning fork.

  • Our high performance K-band antennas are unique in several ways. First, they are very small in size – only 3”x3” x1” deep. They have the same 12 degree beam width as Ka antennas. And they have an order of magnitude lower power transmission and power consumption than other traffic RADAR. The K-band antennas are FCC type 15 approved for emissions compared to typical FCC type 90 for Ka antennas. Even with the lower power output, these K-band antennas pick up targets fast, sometimes quicker than the competitors high performance KA antennas.
