The device’s compact size and included mounting hardware allows for easy installation on most roadside poles and signposts. Our proven SMARTstat Analysis Software is easy-to-use, enabling the user to quickly analyze traffic data for verification of speeding complaints, best times to deploy officers for traffic enforcement, grant applications and to determine peak road usage times. The nondescript housing of our StealthStat II is in an IP-68 weatherproof and secure enclosure, while its lightweight, compact design is straightforward to install and easy to set up with custom traffic surveys.
Featuring Kustom Signal’s DRU-III directional K-band RADAR with 12-degree beamwidth, it utilizes the highly accurate free-flow traffic count method that does not require road tubes. Utilizing SMARTstat analysis software, agencies are able to collect and analyze approaching, receding or traffic flow in both directions.
The battery is long-lasting, with an 8 day run time under typical use; this can be extended to indefinite use with the addition of the 20W solar option. The collected statistical data can be wirelessly downloaded to almost any PC or Android device and can be easily compiled into tables or graphs, with manual and automatic report generation. Your data can be exported for other reporting tools as well.
