Founded in 1965 with a Mission to Serve
In the 1960s, Kustom amps were popular among musicians across a variety of genres. Kustom later expanded into the development of RADAR. This set the stage for Kustom Signals, Inc. – a company devoted to designing and manufacturing innovative public safety equipment.
Just four years after opening its doors, Kustom Signals made history with the world’s first digital-display RADAR, the TR-6. This breakthrough set the tone for decades of innovation, including the introduction of moving RADAR, handheld RADAR, and, by 1990, the company’s first laser speed gun.
